lp3820 version 2.7

The current version of lp3820 on OS/2 is 2.7 dated 18 August 1997. This version adds Cannon BubbleJet support, which is the only change from lp3820 v2.6. This version is available here for Win32 (95, 98, NT), OS/2, and DOS.
